The Gefen EXT-MFP Multi-Format Audio/Video Processor is a compact and powerful presentation switcher with cutting edge format conversion and scaling abilities. It supports input and output resolutions up to 1080p Full HD and 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA), with HDCP. Its unique features include an intuitive and elegant web server interface, an easy-to-use On Screen Display (OSD), IP (Telnet and UDP) control, RS-232 control, IR control, independently password-protected user and administrator access, advanced EDID management, a wide variety of video inputs including Mac and PC compatible DisplayPort, independent and configurable audio and video routing, input selection via contact closure, assignable input naming, and a compact form factor that can be surface or rack mounted, or placed on a shelf. The EXT-MFP features full compatibility with the Gefen Syner-G software, including Discovery, Show-Me, and IP configuration. The EXT-4K600A-MF-51-HBTLS is a 5×1 Presentation Switcher with three 4K 600 MHz HDMI, one DisplayPort 1.2, one VGA, five independently assignable stereo analog audio, & one balanced/unbalanced microphone/line input. The latter features switchable 48V Phantom Power and Ducking. The five video inputs, along with their embedded or assigned audio, can be switched automatically or manually. Control options include the front panel, hand-held IR remote with On-Screen-Display, electrical IR, RS-232, Telnet/UDP, web server interface, & contact closure.

The split HDMI and HDBaseT outputs feature a scaler, configurable to 3840 x 2160, 30 Hz, 4:4:4. They feed a local and a remote display simultaneously, adding flexibility in larger presentation environments. The Switcher and its recommended Receiver (the EXT-UHDA-HBTL-RX, sold separately) use Gefen’s implementation of the HDBaseT technology to extend the HDMI output of the Switcher up to 230 feet/70 meters at 1080p Full HD and up to 130 feet/40 meters at 4K, using one CAT-5e or better cable. The Gefen EXT-4K300A-MF-41-HBTLS is a 4×1 Presentation Switcher with HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI, and VGA inputs, along with an L/R analog audio input that accompanies both the DVI and VGA inputs. It features split HDMI/HDBaseT outputs, and a de-embedded analog L/R audio output. The 4 inputs can be switched automatically or manually. Control options include the front panel, a hand-held IR remote, electrical IR, RS-232, and contact closure. The split HDMI and HDBaseT outputs can simultaneously feed a local and a remotely-installed display, adding flexibility in larger presentation environments.

This 4×1 Switcher and its recommended Receiver (the EXT-UHDA-HBTL-RX, sold separately) use the Gefen implementation of the HDBaseT technology to extend the HDMI output of the Switcher up to 230 feet/70 meters at 1080p Full HD and up to 130 feet/40 meters at 4K, using one CAT-5e or better cable. The HDMI and DisplayPort inputs support resolutions up to 4K 60 Hz 4:2:0, with HDCP 2.2 and 1.4. Convert any Hi-Def source to standard definition NTSC/PAL format with scaling. The HDMI to analog video scaler supports resolutions up to 1080p Full HD video and scaled outputs in Composite and S Video, while maintaining the original aspect ratio for optimal viewing. The coax S/PDIF digital audio and left/right analog audio outputs allow the audio extracted from the HDMI signal to be sent to any AV Receiver or audio amplifier. Underscan/Overscan and NTSC/PAL switches help assure compatibility with a variety of analog televisions. This scaler also features a USB port for firmware upgrades.
