 General

Synthetic mesh always loses tension in time. Correct mesh tension is one of the most important conditions for accurate, reproducible and high quality screen printing. It influences snap force, precise registration and resolution in printing. For multi-coloured jobs consistent control is necessary.

OPERATION

Place the instrument in warpwise or weftwise position on the mesh. The weight of the instrument creates a defined pressure to the mesh. The tension is indicated on the analog display immediately. The readings are independent to size and material of the mesh.
