Special Features

The display unit SC-PM4 is suitable to connect max. 4 sensors (different ranges are possible) with analog output 0 – 1 V DC, the display unit SC-PMD4 is convenient for max. 4 sensors (different ranges are possible) without integrated amplifier (output mV/V)

Backlight, graphic LCD display with 2 different display modes:
– Readings with alarm control
– Bar chart, reading and alarm control

Various output signals are available:
– digital (standard): USB (front side), RS-422 (rear side)
– analog (optional): 0 – 10 V DC (rear side)

Adjustable damping for easier reading, if tension fluctuates

User set limits (MIN and MAX alarms) and open collector output for external control units

Each channel of display unit SC-PM4 can be scaled to engineering units as grams, cN, daN, N, g, kg, lb and oz depending to the used sensor

Easy calibration to customized material by the operator – zero and gain calibration is required for the connected sensor

Possibility to store 4 different materials curves for each channel

Easy operation using keys: menu for configurating the device (alarm limits, damping, units, tension range, language, material curve)

The set-up menu can be password protected

Standard Features

Panel mount display unit (1/4 DIN IEC 61554 cutout – 91.5 x 91.5 mm)

Required power supply 30 V DC

The instrument provides the required power for the connected sensor

CE certified with sensor connected
